From the recording Chasing The Wind
After reading through Ecclesiastes many of the phrases used by Solomon resonated with me and were extremely poetic. I used a good portion of those phrases in this song as a tribute to all those people with seemingly nothing in life as well as for those who have been blessed with many things in life. Solomon, in all his wisdom, knew exactly how paradoxical this life can be and what really matters most is our relationships...the ultimate relationship being with God.

Lyrics
Ecclesiastical time bomb
Solomon's words sink in
Facing my futile emotions
Looks like I'm chasing the wind
I battle the fate of my heart
The balance escapes what I do
Too soft to fight, to hard to care
My indolence keeps shining through
I'm chasing the wind
With rainbows close behind
Dreams become my tribute
To answers I won't find
Visions of fortune erode me
Desires of my heart breeds sin
The meaning of life is a turmoil
Looks like I'm chasing the wind
Chasing the wind
With rainbows close behind
Dreams become my tribute
To answers I won't find
Chasing the wind
I'm at it once again
Day by day I chase my dreams away
Until the bitter end
The months go by like the hours
Days give way to the years
Don't become like this teacher
Knowing a life full of tears
And chasing the wind
With rainbows close behind
Dreams become my tribute
To answers I won't find
Chasing the wind
I'm at it once again
Day by day I chase my dreams away
Until the bitter end
